SHAPEWV is also collecting door prize donations for Bea Orr Gala. If donating and attending the conference, please take donations to the registration desk and inform volunteers the donation is for the Gala. If not attending the conference, please send donations to Cozetta Miller, 325 1st St West, Madison, WV  25130 with receive by date of Monday, October 10th.

Review exhibitor packages below. Payment due at time of registration by credit card. Register and pay to be an exhibitor by September 13th, 2023 at SHAPEWV Exhibitor.

CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS

Educators like to learn how your programs/products/services can be applied in their classroom, schools, and counties. If interested in presenting, please submit a presentation proposal by June 30, 2023. If the deadline has passed and you are still interested in presenting, please contact Conference Planner, Charlene at [email protected], to inquire on session availability. Exhibitor Presentations are limited to exhibitors who have purchased a package or sponsorship. 

CONFERENCE FORMAT

Conference presentation sessions will be presented in the morning and afternoon on Friday and Saturday.  Exhibit hall is open Friday and Saturday during registration and sessions.  There will be a 15 minute break between each session.

EXHIBITOR’S TABLE

Each table is six feet long with one chair.  Tables are located directly outside of conference rooms in the hallways where attendee’s pass through.

LODGING

Reserve your own lodging with the Charleston Marriott Town Center with the conference rate $126 plus tax by visiting: SHAPEWV Marriott Rate by September 21, 2023.  Parking (use room key to exit/enter the garage) and internet included with room rate. 

MOVE-IN TIME

Move in hours: tentatively Thursday evening, time TBA.  Friday morning set up is also an option. Loading/unloading:  all exhibitors, equipment and materials can enter using the main hotel entry then using the elevator or stairs to the second floor of the Marriott where the conference will be held.  Exhibitors shall be solely responsible for delivery, handling, setup, and removal of their own displays and materials.  The venue does not supply labor or setup.  

USE OF SPACE - LIABILITY

No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of the space allotted without the consent of SHAPEWV. Exhibitor’s assume full responsibility for complying with facility, local, city, and state laws regarding sales tax and regulations concerning fire, safety, electrical wiring, health standards and damages.
